Where We Ship

We currently ship only to the following destinations: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, United States.
We do not ship to any other countries/regions at this time.

Processing Window

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email once your package is handed to the carrier.

Transit Times

United States: USPS 5–9 business days.
Australia / Canada / France / Germany / Ireland / Italy: UPS 7–12 business days.

Cost & Coverage

$7.99 flat rate per order. One fee covers the entire order, regardless of the number of items (for supported destinations only).

How We Ship

  1. Order verification: Address validation and fraud screening occur automatically after checkout.
  2. Make-to-order or pick & pack: Items are prepared, quality-checked, and packaged during the 1–3 day processing window.
  3. Dispatch & tracking: We email a tracking link when the parcel is transferred to USPS/UPS. Please allow 24–48 hours for first scans to appear.
  4. In-transit updates: Carrier events (e.g., “Out for Delivery”) are posted on the tracking page. Delivery attempts may require access codes for apartments/condos.

Address Changes & Order Edits

We can modify addresses or cancel orders during the 1–3 day processing window. Once shipped, rerouting is not guaranteed. Contact us ASAP at Email: [email protected].

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship in more than one package to help ensure a smooth delivery. There is no extra charge for split shipments—your flat shipping fee remains the same.

P.O. Boxes & Remote Areas

USPS delivers to P.O. Boxes and certain remote addresses. UPS delivery to remote regions may require additional hand-off time; overall estimates still target the range above.

Duties, Taxes & Customs (International)

Recipients are responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees in their country. Customs inspections may extend delivery timelines beyond our estimates.

Delivery Issues (Lost/Damaged)

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel, check with neighbors/building staff and wait 24 hours for final scans. For damage or loss, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number so we can assist.

Packaging & Sustainability

We use right-sized boxes/mailers and recycled or recyclable fillers where possible to reduce waste while protecting your items in transit.

When Will My Order Arrive? (Examples)

  • U.S. order placed Monday: Processing Mon–Wed (1–3 business days), USPS transit Thu–next Fri (5–9 business days). Estimated total: 6–12 business days.
  • Australia/Canada/France/Germany/Ireland/Italy order placed Thursday: Processing Thu–Mon, UPS transit Tue–the following Thu. Estimated total: 8–15 business days.

Estimates exclude weekends/holidays and start after successful payment authorization.

Shipping FAQ

Do you ship worldwide?

No. We ship only to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, and the United States. We do not ship to other countries/regions at this time.

Can I choose a faster service?

At this time we offer a simplified flat-rate service ($7.99) to keep costs low. If you need an expedited option, contact us before dispatch and we’ll try to help.

Will all items ship together?

Usually yes, once all items pass QA. In some cases, items may arrive in multiple packages. There is no additional fee for split shipments.

What if my address is incomplete?

Invalid or incomplete addresses can cause delays or returns. We’ll email you if verification fails during processing.

Do you require a signature?

Signatures are not required by default. If you prefer signature-required delivery, contact us before dispatch.
