Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges of unused, unwashed, and unworn items in original condition with tags/packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Free Return Label

We provide a prepaid, printable return shipping label. Just request it and drop the parcel at the designated carrier.

Transit Damage

If your item arrives damaged in transit, we cover it 100% with a free replacement or return at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us: Email: [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason (return or exchange).
  2. Get your label: We’ll send a prepaid, downloadable return label (PDF). Print it and attach to the parcel.
  3. Pack securely: Keep tags attached, use original packaging when possible, and include any accessories/manuals.
  4. Drop off: Hand the parcel to the specified carrier shown on the label. Keep the drop-off receipt until resolved.
  5. Inspection & refund: Once received, we inspect items (1–2 business days). Refunds typically post to the original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

Condition Requirements

Items must be unused, free of wear, odors, stains, pet hair, or alterations. Include all inserts, tags, and branded packaging. Returns failing these checks may be declined.

Non-Returnable (for hygiene/custom)

Final-sale items, and personalized/customized products (if applicable) are not eligible unless defective or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement variant is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead and notify you by email.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer retroactive price adjustments. You can return eligible unused items and repurchase at the current price if you prefer.

Transit Damage / Wrong Item

If your order is damaged in transit or the wrong item arrives, contact us within 30 days with photos of the item and shipping box/labels. We will arrange a free replacement or return without any charge to you.

Return Shipping Cost

Within the 30-day window, we cover return shipping by issuing a prepaid label. No restocking fees.

Return & Refund FAQ

Where do I download my prepaid label?

After you contact us, we’ll email a PDF label and instructions. Print and attach it to the original shipping carton or a similarly sturdy box.

Can I return multiple items in one box?

Yes—if all items are from the same order and eligible. Include the packing slip or a note with your order number for faster processing.

How are refunds issued?

Refunds go to the original payment method. Banks may take 7 business days after we process the refund to show the credit.

Do you offer store credit?

If preferred, you may choose store credit instead of a refund—just let us know when you request the return.
